I’m a 30 something (ish) year old running and writing enthusiast living in London. While I am an average road and trail runner, my particular specialty is running late!
I took up running at a difficult time to improve my mental health. It’s true to say that running changed my life, giving me a reason to get out of bed in the morning, helping me rediscover my self-belief, push myself harder, and achieve more than I imagined possible.
6 years on, running has come to play an important role in my life. This blog will document the highs and lows of my running journey as I strive to run further, faster and happier!
